• We at flowerdeliveryuae.ae CANNOT commit any fix-time for delivery as talked about or mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. Deliveries of flowers or gifts will be made between 9 AM to 7 PM on given timeline.
• Orders received till 2 PM IST will only be delivered on same day if not, delivery date is declared.
• The delivery or shipment will NOT be redirected or redelivered to any new or other address in any situation.
• The ordered products will be delivered only in the cities given in the list or our company offers delivery services to which.
• We at flowerdeliveryuae.ae will attempt delivery of the products ONCE. In case the delivery isn’t completed during the effort, the customer or purchaser shall still be charged for the order & no re-delivery of the item will be possible. • Delivery will be carried out between 11.30 PM to 12.15 AM on stated and asked delivery date.
• We provide delivery on Sundays.
• The above items or products will be sent only on the locations and cities that are mentioned in our list.
• The other terms and conditions will be same as mentioned above.

For Fix Time Delivery:

• We cannot commit exact or sharp time for delivery. Order will be sent +15 or -15 as per chosen time.
• We need 3 hours lead time.
• We deliver or send on Sundays also.
• No Delivery will be made on National Holidays. The delivery of the same will take place on the next working day.
• Terms and conditions for fix time delivery are as per above mentioned conditions.

For Remote Locations and Towns:

• All the orders accepted by 6 PM would be sent on Next Day.
• We provide delivery on Sundays also.
• The products and items will be delivered only in those cities and locations that are mentioned in our list.
• No delivery of the item will be made on National Holidays; however the delivery will take place on next working day.
• We would make the delivery of the products once. In case the delivery is not done in case the recipient is unavailable or because of wrong address, premises locked the consumer shall still be charged for the item.
